Sorting & Cleaning
Intensive mechanical washing and polymer-type segregation to remove contaminants, adhesives, and mixed materials. Quality graded at intake.
Precision Grinding
Industrial-grade shredders reduce plastic into uniform-sized flakes (6–12mm) for consistent melting and superior block density.
Melting & Block Casting
High-temperature extrusion at 180–240°C followed by hydraulic compression moulding. Blocks are quality-tested before dispatch.
